TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY SYSTEM can be used for anticorrosive protection and decoration metalic ferrous surfaces (mostly recommended for steel surfaces) and for decorating and protecting concrete surfaces (including floors).
It can be applied in indoor and outdoor spaces, located in environments with corrosivity class C1 ÷ C5I, M (from C1 - very low corrosion to C5 - very high industrial-I corrosion and Marine-M), in industrial environments and chemically aggressive environments.
System components
| Epoxy primer for metal | Prevents corrosion of the surfaces and ensures adhesion between the support and the next layer of the system. Epoxy primer can be used as the first coat along with epoxy, polyurethane or alkyd enamels. |
| Epoxy primer for concrete | 2-component impregnation product that removes air and seals concrete pores, ensures adhesion between support and the next layer of the system. |
| Epoxy paint | It is used as an intermediate layer in the epoxy coating system, with the purpose of reducing enamel consumption. |
| Epoxy enamel | Top coat product, used as the final layer for the protection of the ferrous metal surfaces and concrete surfaces. |
| Epoxy varnish | Transparent product used for the decoration and protection of metallic and concrete surfaces coated with primer/enamel. |
