LIMBOPLAST D580 plain / structure / profile
Cold plastic
LIMBOPLAST D580 belongs to the group of solvent-free, multi-component, reactive systems and consists of two or more components which – through chemical interaction – form a duroplastic compound that cannot be thermally plastified any more.
LIMBOPLAST D580 has been tested and approved by several test reports on the turntable simulator at the German Road Institute (BASt) as TYPE I and TYPE II (rain safety marking) marking:
- Plain: LIMBOPLAST D580 plain can be applied as conventional marking and as rain safety marking with enhanced wet night visibility.
- Structure: LIMBOPLAST D580 is exclusively applied as agglomerate-type rain safety marking with enhanced wet night visibility. It is characterized by an open structure (agglomerates) with excellent drain effect and good resistance against snowploughs.
- Profile: LIMBOPLAST D580 targeted profile spacings create acoustic and vibratory effects for more safety.
