How can I get telephone support?
Most charging stations show a phone number that provides support for that station or charging point operator. Have the exact location of the station ready for the hotline. For fault analysis, it is important to know the exact charging point and, if applicable, the external circumstances or vehicle type. The more precise information you provide, the sooner the fault can be found, and the charging station can be made operational again for all e-mobilists.
How can I ask for support or report bugs via e-mail?
