SWARCO BLASTING BEADS are a fine mineral blasting medium made of lead-free hardened sodium glass that is used in high pressure blasting processes for treatment of workpiece surfaces.

Due to a careful selection of our suppliers of raw material and a strict self-monitoring a heavy metal content (As, Sb, Pb) of less than ≤ 200 ppm (mg/kg) can be guaranteed.

Surface treatment applications of SWARCO BLASTING BEADS can be subdivided into three basic areas:

• CLEANING
• FINISHING
• SHOT PEENING

For applications areas such as derusting, descaling, deburring, removal of deposits, smoothing, polishing etc.

SWARCO BLASTING BEADS are free of metallic iron.
