What you will do
As a Senior Service Director within the SCC and as an active member of our Senior Management Team and you would be responsible for all aspects of the Evolt Field Service Delivery Operation.
The role requires significant technical expertise, strategic management skills and an ability to build and lead teams to deliver a safe but world class service.
What you will have:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive service strategies that align with business goals. Strategies to develop the expansion of the Service Network aligned to multiyear budget expectations.
- Operations Management: Overseeing day to day Service Operations, including Field Engineer development and deployment, resource allocation, Inventory Management and remote diagnostic systems.
- Technical Oversight & Compliance: Ensure all Service and Maintenance activities adhere to Safety regulations, Environmental standards and Manufacturers specifications.
- Team Leadership and Development: Leading, mentoring and expanding our teams of specialist Field engineers, technicians and service managers. Develop and train staff to ensure we remain at the leading edge of market developments and innovations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for our major customers and partners, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction backed by high quality on time reporting. You would be the primary contact for addressing complex service issues with our major customer accounts.
- Financial Performance: Manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and analysing KPI’s to drive growth, operational efficiency and profitability.
Profile
What we are looking for
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in electrical -or- Mechanical Engineering is desirable, however extensive experience in the Electrical/Electrical Civil space is valuable.
- Technical: Deep understanding of EV Architecture including battery systems, charging technology and power electronics. Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and safety protocols.
- Management: Proven experience in a senior service or operations management role, ideally within the electrical infrastructure, renewable energy or automotive sectors. Strong people management and data driven decision making ability.
- Soft skills: Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships. Strong problem-solving capabilities and commercial acumen.
