What you will do
Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for people? Do you thrive on providing exceptional support and want to build a career in Human Resources?

We have a vacancy in our dynamic Human Resources team for a HR Administrator - based at our offices in Chineham/Basingstoke working in a Hybrid pattern (3 days in the office).

You will be working with the HR Operations Lead and HR Operations Manager on employee life cycle and HR Admin task. Facilitating a two-way understanding of business wide activities. You will also:

 

  • Being the primary point of contact for Onboarding, building strong and effective relationships with managers and new starters to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and best practice guidance.

 

  • To support the administration relating to new starters – including checking contracts, reference checking - ensuring that all necessary documentation is received and distributed in a timely fashion, flagging any concerns and non-compliance.

 

  • Maintenance of HR files including but not limited to tracking Microsoft Forms and uploading documents to the HR system.

 

  • Assisting the Recruitment team in day-to-day operations, providing high-quality and best practice advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates relating to the Recruitment administrative process.

 

Profile

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can provide a solid understanding of HR administrative task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
  • Good team player and self-motivated.
