AC charging stations for public spaces

The AC charging stations of the eVolt Light & Charge series from SWARCO combine a sleek and innovative design with outstanding technology. This makes them ideal for charging in public and semi-public areas, an optimally coordinated and functional charging system for the highest standards. The charging system can be customized to each customer’s individual needs and wants. The device can be mounted in single or double pedestal in parking lots. The charging stations are particularly convincing in combination with the SWARCO backend solutions and services as an uncomplicated and simple holistic solution for e-mobility.

The base unit can be ordered with different housing depending on the location. The device does not have unnecessary displays; the status is displayed via LED and visible via smartphone app. 


Modern charging stations communicate in an intelligent manner with the vehicle and the IT backend system. The eVolt Light & Charge stations are cutting-edge. They are ideal for charging in public and semi-public parking spaces, in parking lots or garages. Two stations can share one modem.


The charging station is verified by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and records the charging transactions and signs them digitally in the device. Therefore, the user can verify all data relevant to German calibration law with the billing information.
