Your challenge

We have a very rare opportunity for a Stores Person within our Dublin operations team based in Ballyfermot. As a stores person you will be responsible for the below.

• Controlling materials movements into/out of/within the warehouse, including keeping all paper and electronic systems up to date
• Maintaining relevant stock levels of all associated equipment in relation to supporting the service centre requirements.
• Manage receipt of materials, provide correct storage, handling and reporting/systems updating procedures and all appropriate stores issues.
• Maintain stores equipment, safety and physical security systems, relevant certifications, waste stream processes, all signage, and procedures to current standards.
• Working to best practice scenarios and ensuring delivery of all stores within expected timescales to ensure project timescales are met.

Essential

• Forklift truck licence
• Conducting physical stores operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Confident and able to work unsupervised.
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Self-motivated and driven
• Flexible approach
• Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Dedicated and committed to completion of tasks.
• Awareness health and safety legislation, control of substances, etc.

Desirable

• Training or practical experience in logistics or materials handling
• Experience of electrical installation works
• Knowledge of electrical equipment
• Full driving licence
