What you will do
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to proactively push SWARCO products and systems sales in the Irish market. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities along with managing existing projects and nurturing customer relationships.
You will also:
- Achieve agreed annual order intake and sales revenue targets through new business generation and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Manage the bid process from initial customer contact to bid submission, including frameworks & product bids across SWARCO’s portfolio of products and systems
- Network with key stakeholders to promote SWARCO and participate in industry and partner events
- Become a trusted industry partner and build on the existing strong reputation SWARCO Ireland has in the industry.
Profile
What we are looking for
- Degree level education is preferred – not essential – any experience selling B2G particularly to local authorities.
- Excellent rapport building and relationship management skills- with excellent communication skills and flair for public speaking.
- Highly driven & energetic with a target focussed sales approach.
- Consultative, solution-based sales skills and able to handle multiple customer requests and opportunities concurrently.
- Full Irish driving license is essential.
