Global Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Amersfoort, The Netherlands | Fulltime | Hybrid

Your Challenge

  • Responsible for harmonizing the regional marketing plans, defining a clear marketing mix that drives familiarity and consideration of the SWARCO brand in the local markets
  • Effectively leverage corporate campaigns and thought leadership programs within region and division to support business goals and key initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with the SWARCO brand guidelines and standards, across the regions / division
  • Work collaboratively with the central marketing team, as well as with local sales and operations teams, to align the regional marketing plans and processes to ensure integration and success of local, regional and global marketing initiatives
  • Consolidate and optimize various customer touch point interactions in local markets
  • Oversee the performance and development of the regional marketing staff

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B or B2G environment  
  • Industry-specific knowledge is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of local market trends 
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus  
  • Proficient English language
