PARCO City Dashboard

The PARCO City Dashboard provides insight into all payment transactions generated with the PARCO app in the respective city. The tool also allows each city to digitally add and manage parking zones and parking tariffs independently. The web service offers the following functions:

• Real-time information on the payment transactions generated with PARCO in the city
• Administration, storage and provision of parking zones and parking objects
• Creation and allocation of parking tariffs to parking zones or parking objects
• Creation of reports, billings and statistics
• Linking of all available ("last mile") mobility services in the city

The system is multi-client capable and works with a well defined access and rights management. Thus, external service providers such as private car park managers can also gain access to the PARCO City Dashboard in order to digitally manage parking facilities assigned to them for the PARCO app.

It is possible to connect an urban scenario manager to the PARCO City Dashboard. In the scenario manager, events are defined based on data values that are used as triggers for predefined actions. Incidents are prioritised and can be both time-controlled and message-controlled.

This way, separate tariffs for parking zones can be adjusted according to e.g. time, parking pressure or traffic obstructions, and predefined messages can be visualised in the PARCO app or on stationary display panels in the urban parking guidance system. As a result, road users are immediately informed about current circumstances and can take advantage of recommendations such as to switch to public transport.

To strengthen your multimodal transport offer, the PARCO City Dashboard provides an overview of all mobility offers available in the city and links to the corresponding providers via the PARCO app. This way, all road users have an overview of urban "last mile" solutions and can easily select the appropriate offer via one channel.
