For this purpose only we collect the IP address of your computer for a period of seven days, which is a safety measure in concordance with § 100 p. 1 TKG.

Usage data
When you visit our web pages so-called usage data is temporarily stored in a protocol for statistical purposes on our web server to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of

  • the page from which the requested file was called,
  • the name of the file,
  • the date and time of the request,
  • the amount of data transferred,
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found),
  • the description of the type of browser used,
  • the IP address of the requesting computer shortened by the last three digits.

We use this information to allow you to access our website, for the control and administration of our systems and to improve the design of the website. The retrieved data is stored anonymously in accordance with the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The creation of personal user profiles is therefore not possible. Data about individuals or their individual behaviour is not collected.

Transfer of data to third parties
On principle we do not transfer your personal data to anyone outside our group of companies.

You have the opportunity to contact us via a web form under Contact. To use our contact form, we require your name, telephone number and e-mail address. You may enter more details, but this is not obligatory. Your data will be processed only to answer your inquiry and deleted after a certain period of time. We will not disclose any of your data to third parties.

Online Resume
We process your personal data in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

You specify the amount of data that you want to provide to us as part of your online job application. Online applications are electronically transmitted to our HR Department. The transmission is encrypted. Normally, applications will be forwarded to the head of the relevant departments in our house. Your data is not circulated further. Your information will be kept confidential in our house.

We process the data that you provide as part of your online application exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants. Your data will not be processed for any other purpose. In the case that we should consider your application with other or future vacancies, we ask for a corresponding note on the application.

This website uses Hotjar, an analysis software of Hotjar Ltd. ("Hotjar") (, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta, Europe). With HotJar we analyse how visitors use our Internet offer. The tool shows the surfing behavior of our website visitors and allows us to get feedback from them. The information generated by the tracking code and cookie about your visit to our website will be transmitted to and stored on the Hotjar servers in Ireland. We do not collect any personal data with the HotJar service and do not transfer any personal data to HotJar.
