QUALIOPI certified since 1 February 2022, LACROIX City's Traffic division offers a comprehensive training programme to guarantee the efficiency and durability of its equipment in the field.
Our multidisciplinary team of three technical trainers provides training to our customers throughout the year, covering everything from the configuration of variable message signs to traffic control for public transport.
All our training courses are designed and delivered by people whose practical expertise is their main asset. Each training course is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure the quality of the exchanges and maintain a tailor-made approach to meet individual needs.
With a view to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, each session is evaluated using a satisfaction questionnaire completed at the end of the course. We are proud to have a 99% satisfaction rate.
