What you will do
The UK team has a vacancy for a Regional Service Manager - with the aim of support and developing our staff across the South of the UK (Southeast & South West) ensuring we are able to safety and efficiently deliver to our customers.
You will also:
- Monitoring and manage the financial health and service profitability of the Region including Service Revenue, Margin Delivery/Maintenance.
- Auditing of the service engineers, ensure that they have stock control, tools availability and engineer utilisation.
- Constant contact with our customers to handle all issues, receiving feedback on our performance and to discuss performance improvement processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company and client policies and procedures while liaising with Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support.
- Developing your regional team of Field Service Engineers, fostering their skills and career growth. Taking accountability for all training plans and records.
Profile
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a Service Delivery/ Supervisory position – leading a technical team.
- A broad knowledge of products ability to delegate task to team members to ensure the successful delivery of project.
- Able to build and use reports to ensure adhere to share the projected project delivery including - project timeline, budget, etc.
- Works well under pressure and able to communicate with different stakeholders.
- Able to provide Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support.
