Finance Director (m/f/d)

Challenge
  • Coordinating the Finance and Accounting Department
  • Overseeing the month-end closing process and signing off on the trial balance and balance sheet
  • Verifying the accuracy of tax calculations and filing tax returns (including SAF-T)
  • Representing the company before regulatory and control authorities (ANAF, INS, NBR, etc.)
  • Preparing and monitoring the annual revenue and expenditure budget
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring the company's daily liquidity
  • Maintaining relationships with banks, leasing companies, auditors, and insurers
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the Group (P&L, trial balance, KPIs, consolidation)
Profile
  • A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Solid knowledge of taxation and accounting
  • CECCAR certification (an advantage)
  • Planning, organizational, and team coordination skills
  • Solid English language skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting, preparing trial balances and annual financial statements, monthly and annual tax filings, and preparing documentation for financial audits
  • Experience with international and group reporting
  • Excellent PC skills
