Die act (EC) Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH > Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Registration of Chemicals) is a chemicals act passed by the EU which came into effect on 1 June 2007. EU acts is valid in all member states. REACH regulates the registration, evaluation, permission and restriciton of chemicals within the EU. The goal of these regulations is the proper control of especially critical products (SVHC > Substances of Very Hight Concern) and their risks, as well as a gradual replacement of these materials with appropriate alternatives. The listing of a substance as SVHC is controlled by ECHA, the European Chemicals Agency. The list of SVHCs can be found online: http://echa.europa.eu/chem_data/candidate_list_table_en.asp

We hereby confirm that none of the substances on the list, as of 28 October 2008 and later, is used in our products. All our products are registered, except our organic blasting media (blasting beads, glass granulate, naural blast and corn cob grit), since they are not subject to REACH.

In accordance with the obligation to provide information according to article 33, REACH, we will constantly monitor these substances in order to be able to inform our customers as quickly as possible.
