SWARCO MIZAR’s innovation strategy:

To identify opportunities for SWARCO MIZAR’s products of tomorrow through the exploration, testing and evaluation of new technologies and functionalities.

SWARCO MIZAR has always had a strong belief in the value of research and innovation as a way of ensuring its products have a leading edge. The company’s R&D team is actively involved in numerous European research projects. These enable the company to keep abreast of new developments, gain valuable expertise, and also identify potential new partnerships the international research community.

The aims of SWARCO MIZAR’s R&D team are to:

  • Identify opportunities for new products
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Develop pre-industrial prototypes
  • Carry out field trials to test the performance of new functionalities
  • Undertake impact assessment of products

COMPASS4D

2013-2015

COMPASS4D project targets the improvement of road safety, increased energy efficiency and reducing congestion for road transport

MOBINET

MOBINET develops, deploys and operates the technical and organizational foundations of an open, multi-vendor platform for Europe-wide mobility services
