Your Challenge

• Co-responsibility for the International Tax department at group level
• Contact person for subsidiaries in transfer pricing issues
• Transfer pricing on a global level
• Supporting group companies in drafting contracts for intra-group services
• Ensuring international compliance requirements
• Internal / external tax reporting and ongoing development
• Preparation and maintenance of tax and transfer pricing documentation
• Calculation of current and deferred taxes for periodic financial statements
• Support in tax audits and M&A structuring
• In this position you report to the Tax Manager SWARCO Group

Your Profile

• Degree in business or law with equivalent professional practice with a focus on taxation
• Interest in transfer pricing and international tax law
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• MS-Office experience
• Proactive and independent personality with the ability to communicate paragraphs and complex structures in an understandable way
