Sales Executive - Central SW (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin / Germany | Fulltime

Your Challenge

  • Be responsible for the sales pipeline of our mobility platform MyCity, which is primarily sold to public entities (cities) through local distribution partners (B2B2G model)
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and profit targets through our B2B partners
  • Ensure a continuous overview of the current pipeline is available to various stakeholders (CXO, Execuitves, Product Managers, etc.)
  • Own the topic of sales enablement of our internal & external B2B partners by conducting regular academies, implementing a certification framework
  • Support strategic opportunities (above € threshold or reference)
  • Develop and continuously improve a B2B software license framework including standardized pricing, SLA description and project scope definitions
  • Operate and continuously improve the B2B partner qualification framework in close relationship with SWARCO’s global B2B sales team
  • Provide quotes and Proposals to B2B partners for opportunities outside the standard offering
  • Create sales forecasts for a rolling 3-year horizon
  • Take first instance go/no-go decisions for opportunities that require effort outside of the standard in consideration with the current roadmap as well as the backlog/pipeline
  • Ensure the provision of educational programs for our B2B partners

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in IT / Business or comparable education
  • Proven ability to successfully build and develop channel partner relationships with a software portfolio
  • Data-driven mindset with strong experience in decision-making
  • Experience delivering professional Proposals of complex software products and discussing solutions with decision-makers
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of German is an advantage as well as any other language skills
  • Experience in B2G (business-to-government) and public tendering a plus
