Sales and Business Development Manager Central Systems (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin or Gaggenau or Haar or Trier or Unterensingen or / Berlin, Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Rheinland-Pfalz  / Germany | Fulltime


You are the sales expert for our new software-based traffic management solutions and an important multiplier for our national and international markets (especially DACH and Eastern Europe CEE/CIS)

Your Challenge

  • Business development for software-based traffic management solutions in the DACH, CEE/CIS region as part of the 'Regional Delivery Center' organization

  • Conception of customer-specific solutions and offers in the area of traffic management, traffic centrals, V2X solutions

  • Market monitoring and coordination of a dynamic go-to-market strategy

  • Processing of technical offers and tenders for international projects in the field of software solutions

  • Support in the realization and supervision of complex international urban projects

  • Sales support through presentations, customer demos in project acquisition, know-how transfer of software-based solutions to local sales, presales activities, requirements management

  • Close cooperation and coordination with the involved departments and locations, in the regions and within the SWARCO Group

Your Profile


  • Bachelor of Science or similar or higher with a specialization in traffic engineering or equivalent

  • A pronounced sales affinity as well as being good in closing deals

  • Professional experience in project management would be an advantage

  • Willingness to travel, especially for projects abroad (25-30%)

  • Strong communication skills and very good knowledge of German and English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, project planning tools

  • An independent, structured manner of working, conceptual skills, initiative, reliability and team-oriented
