Your Challenge

• End-to-end business process consulting with focus on the modules Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) for the SWARCO Group
• Analysis of business requirements and creation of solution proposals in SAP standard customizing
• Implementation, optimization, standardization and documentation of Finance & Controlling business processes
• Collaboration in international roll-out projects as well as S/4 HANA conversion
• Planning and execution of user trainings
• Coordination of external service providers incl. interface function between specialist department and external service providers
• Global contact person for key users
• Incident management for the FI / CO modules

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Informatics/ERP systems/Business Process Management/Business Administration or comparable education with first departmental and SAP process experience as a key user
• First experience with an ERP system, ideally with SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience or integration know-how in other SAP modules is an advantage
• First practical knowledge in project management and high customer and service orientation desirable
• Very good comprehension skills and quick understanding of overall contexts
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexibility and project-related travel
• Very good knowledge of English for international communication
• Communicative personality as well as high team, goal and solution orientation
