Head of Sales

Location: Perchtoldsdorf / Österreich | (m/f/d) | full-time (38,5 h/week)

Your Challenge

  • Disciplinary and professional management of our sales team
  • Acquisition of new customers and active support of existing customers
  • Interface to all stakeholders (end customer, sales partners, consultants) in international projects
  • Interface between Sales, Product Management, R&D and Operations
  • Presentation of products as well as price and contract negotiations
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Evaluation of market and competitor analyses

Your Profile

  • Several years of management experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the technical field
  • Ambitious sales personality with friendly and self-confident appearance 
  • Distinct sense of responsibility as well as independent and structured way of working
  • Commitment and high resilience
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

The collective bargaining agreement minimum salary corresponds to our collective bargaining agreement for the electrical and electronics industry. Your actual annual salary (fixed salary and variable salary component) is in line with the market and is determined depending on your qualifications and experience.
