Customer Success Manager – Central Software (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin / Germany | Fulltime

Your Challenge

  • Build the Customer Success function around SWARCO's mobility management platform MyCity
  • "Own the customer" - ensure that the existing base of active users perceive maximum value through our platform
  • Be responsible for onboarding new users including gated training content and embedded FAQs
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize ARR directly and through our B2B partners
  • Create up-sell and cross-sell plans that enable B2G customers to buy additional features successively and as smoothly as possible
  • Generate and nurture up-sell and cross-sell leads both directly and in collaboration with Sales and via B2B partners
  • Implement data-driven customer success management by continuously implementing tools in the MyCity platform (ex: user behavior, call-to-actions, customer health measurement, UX performance)
  • Regularly capture customer satisfaction and consolidate it into reports for use by various stakeholders (CXO, executives, PMs, etc.)
  • Share key insights with product management to continuously improve the value perceived by customers
  • Take ownership of requests for try & buy options, including inquiries, onboarding, lead capture, and trial termination
  • Approve tenant and license entitlements (contracting, extending, and committing) and also act as point of contact for billing licenses

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in IT / Business or comparable education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a software company in a similar function; experience in the Customer Success area an advantage
  • Willingness to build the Customer Success area from the ground up
  • Knowledge of proven Customer Success "best practices" and tools in the Customer Success area
  • Good technical knowledge of the implementation and operation of Customer Success toolsets
