Your Challenge

• Take over the management of a team of security enthusiasts
• Continuously develop and implement groupwide information security strategy
• Further develop groupwide security guidelines, procedures and standards to meet the changing threat landscape
• Coordinate security audits and reviews to ensure compliance with external/internal regulations, standards and best practices
• Monitor security incidents, ensure rapid response and continuously improve security measures
• Collaborate closely with other departments throughout the organization to design secure solutions and services
• Identify, assess and monitor security risks, threats and vulnerabilities
• Promote secure behavior and culture throughout the organization
• Coordinate and support challenging groupwide security projects

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, information security or a related field/equivalent professional experience
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are an advantage
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of security, including at least 3 years in a management position
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of security strategies and programs
• Proven experience and know-how with security standards, regulations, and frameworks (e.g. ISO, CIS, GDPR, NIS2)
• In-depth knowledge of current security threats, trends and technologies
• High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team and under pressure, reliability, and social skills
• Strong communication skills in German and English
