SWARCO TRAFFIC SYSTEMS GmbH is the new name of former German Signalbau Huber GmbH.
SWARCO TRAFFIC SYSTEMS GmbH, the largest individual company of the SWARCO Gruppe, is a 100% subsidiary of SWARCO TRAFFIC HOLDING AG (former M.TECH Technologie- und Beteiligungs AG). The Austrian-based SWARCO AG is the majority shareholder of SWARCO TRAFFIC HOLDING AG, representing approx. 90% of the shares.
