mixed with 4 % hardener (the mixture of comp. b with hardener is stable at 20°C for 3 days. CAUTION: if work is interrupted for more than 2 days, clean the equipment!!!)

Consumption guidelines
(without spray losses)

Layer thickness 250 Nm: 0,40 kg / m²
Layer thickness 400 Nm: 0,60 kg / m²
Layer thickness 600 Nm: 0,90 kg / m²

Drying time

approx. 10 minutes (15-30°C, max. 70% relative air humidity); the drying time may be considerably longer under unfavourable climatic conditions.

Retroreflection

To achieve retroreflection, depending from film thickness, 200-600 g/m2 silanetreated glass beads with grading curve 200-800 Nm (eg. Swarco 200-800 T18) must be sprayed on within max. 30 seconds after application of STOLLREFLEX D 1135. In order to improve skid resistance, we recommend a mixture with 20% skid resistance agent (e.g. Swarco Reflective Glass Beads 200-800 T18 20%G). For enhanced nighttime visibility also under wet conditions we recommend glass beads with a grading curve up to 1300Nm (z.B. Swarcolux 30 Typ II T18 K20, Swarcolux 50 Typ III T18 K20 or Swarcolux 30 Typ IV)
