| Surface preparation |
the surface must be dry, clean and free from grease, oil and loose gravel and other contaminations; before applying LIMBOPLAST D480 STRUCTURE on concrete or concrete-bound surfaces must be treated with special primer (2-component EP-primer or 2-component primer B71 for concrete) |
| Cleaning of equipment and machinery |
Cleaning must be done before the complete curing of the material by using special cleaner for marking machines (art. no 3086) |
| Retroreflection
|
To achieve retroreflection 400 g/m2 Swarco glass beads type I must be sprayed on within max. 60 seconds after application of LIMBOPLAST D480 STRUCTURE. For enhanced night-time visibility also under wet conditions we recommend 500g/m2 Swarco glass beads type II. |
