PRIMOS Central Software
Control of traffic managment systems, hard shoulder running, ramp metering, RWIS and WIM systems, traffic control in tunnels and on tunnel ramps
The PRIMOS central software collects and processes the data of different sensors and data sources from different areas. The scope of delivery includes an extensive data mangement with collection, archiving and multiple possibilities of evaluation as well as a graphical user interface (GUI) with consistent operating concept. The modular design guarantees flexible adaptation to various requirements and environmental conditions. The different software components are based on a data distribution system with various services. The client-server architecture is consequently implemented.
PRODUCT RANGE AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
-
PRIMOS MOTION:
Control of traffic management systems e.g. area-wide rerouting systems, junction control systems, corridor control systems with temporary automatic hard shoulder running, ramp metering, deer warning systems -
PRIMOS TRAFFIC:
Acquisition, evaluation, archiving and display of traffic data e.g. traffic data center -
PRIMOS CONTROL:
Traffic control in tunnels and on tunnel ramps, visualization of the facility management system (FMS) in the tunnel -
PRIMOS METEO:
Control of weather information and road condition systems (SWIS), wind warning systems -
PRIMOS WIM:
Control of weigh-in-motion systems (WIM) for dynamic axle load data acquisition
